Client Costs and Fees

Our service can be terminated at any time without a penalty. Any termination of service will result in a refund of the unused portion, if any, of the monthly and/or quarterly fee. Payment options, transaction costs, and agreements are flexible and are outlined in the advisory agreement. Please read the agreement carefully. The advisory agreement is available upon request.

ValueWealth Services

Any stock, option, or futures symbol displayed is for illustrative purposes only and is not intended to portray a recommendation to buy a particular investment. Options in particular involve risk and are not suitable for all investors. Please read Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options to learn more. Client costs and fees are subject to change at any time. Written and oral notification will be provided several weeks in advance of any change. If any change does occur, a new, updated investment advisory agreement will need to be updated, signed, and approved by the client. Client costs and fees vary with each service option. Please refer to the Fee, Cost and Services Matrix for specific detail. Advisory or consulting fees paid to ValueWealth Services are agreed to in writing using the fee-based advisory agreement. Advisory fees are billed monthly and/or quarterly, in advance, on a calendar year basis. The advisory fee can be calculated as an annual percentage on account assets, as a predetermined annual flat fee, or some combination of both, usually with a minimum. If you have a taxable and a tax-deferred account, we can arrange for the fees for both to be paid from the taxable account. However, we do not provide tax advice. You should consult with your accountant, or tax attorney to determine if any of the fees or costs you pay are tax deductible. Investing inherently involves risk including the loss of principal which the client should be prepared to bear. Diversification and asset allocation do not ensure profit or protect against loss in a declining market. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any investment in a money market fund is neither insured nor guaranteed by the FDIC or any other government agency. Ensure that you understand your risk tolerance prior to investing.
